The City of Napa and the Napa Parks and Recreation Foundation have partnered to provide recreation program grants to local children for over 10 years. The Foundation believes that all children should have the ability to participate in some form of recreation regardless of ability to pay. Funding for the program is generously provided by the Napa Parks and Recreation Foundation and is distributed to as many eligible families as possible who apply.
