The Napa Parks and Recreation Foundation advocates for a thriving parks system and fundraises for unfunded recreational programs, community events, park improvements and youth scholarships for low-income families. Since its inception in 1988, the Foundation has positively influenced the lives of tens of thousands of working families living in Napa, and continues to advocate and fundraise year after year to increase its local impact.
The Foundation was formed to assist the Napa community in building a world-class parks system and ensuring that all residents have equal access to the outdoors and affordable recreational opportunities.
Today, the Foundation is governed by a dedicated group of volunteer board members who are focused on preserving and enhancing our city parks and recreation programs while promoting community health and wellness.
