The City of Napa hosts an annual Arbor Day Celebration to plant new trees for the health and well-being of the Napa Community, retain their Tree City USA status, as well as inspire others to celebrate trees and their many benefits. The day is celebrated on different dates around the world, depending on local seasons and temperatures. The Foundation promotes and collects donations for this important local event to help purchase trees or supplies that contribute toward the community's urban forest.
