Before moving to Napa in 2022, Joe Streng was a long-time resident in Pleasanton and served on numerous city commissions and advisory groups. He served nearly ten years as a Pleasanton Parks & Recreation Commissioner, including two years as chairperson. He also spent time on the Bike, Pedestrian and Trails Subcommittee, the Heritage Tree Board of Appeals, and the Public Art Selection Subcommittee. In partnership with city staff, Joe supported the planning and delivery of numerous amenities to the City of Pleasanton, including new and upgraded parks, improved trails and updated master plan documents.

Joe is a communications professional with more than 20 years of experience. He and his wife, Liz, are excited to call Napa their new home.
